Return and Refund Policy
Right to retract
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If more than 14 days have passed since the day after you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first working day (every day of the week, except for the weekly rest day (usually Sunday) and public holidays usually not worked in the company) following.
In the event of a multiple shipment (several packages of the same order from different warehouses), the withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the last product.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal from the day after receipt of the goods.
It is necessary to send us a withdrawal form specifying your request to the email address support@techaid.fr before the expiry of the deadline.
However, you can send us your request by means of another writing expressing your wish to withdraw. Once the request has been received by our customer support, you have 14 days to send us the product in question.
In the event of a dispute, it is your responsibility to prove that the withdrawal period has been respected.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it. The law in force allows you to try the ordered object and to make use of it. However, misuse of the product in question will lead to a discount on reimbursement.
Additionally, your item must be returned in its original packaging. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. We will inform you by email of the procedure to follow after receipt of your request for withdrawal.
Refund
Your refund includes the full amount paid, including delivery charges. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
*Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
* Any item for which the intention to make use of the right of withdrawal exceeds 14 days after its delivery
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your full refund or exchange is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.
Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time. If you have taken all these steps and you still have not received your refund, contact us at the following address: support@techaid.fr
Trades
If approved, your exchange will then be processed immediately. A new product will be sent to you at the address mentioned during your initial purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you electronically.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves with the intention of delivering it to you later, her that we will issue a refund.
Dispatch
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 53 Fouques, 85610, France.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your returned product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Returning part of the order (if applicable)
In the event of the return of only part of the order, the terms of reimbursement are as follows:
*Only the item actually received will be refunded.
*Initial shipping costs will be refunded on a pro rata basis for returned items
